Instructions: 

Install via Sider … You’ll need to change head sizes in edit mode .so put the faces in a Sider cpk root folder .. check the head sizes & or eye colour in edit mode..if a certain one does not have the correct head size/eye colour then exit PES2019 & remove that face from the Sider cpk root folder.. boot PES2019 again.. now you can change the head size/eye colour of that specific player in edit mode & save… now boot PES2019 again with the face folder back in the cpk root folder… repeat the process until your happy with it.

NOTE: I won’t make a cpk version as it would be a nightmare adding and removing the cpk, making a new DpFileList.bin every time you wanted to change head sizes or eye colours.
